You control sharing from your health apps. You can change or revoke access, and you should never send us an app password.
Who this notice covers
This notice explains how Pr3vention.com handles personal information for the NeuroMetabolic Reset website, application, intake, health-data sharing, scheduled reviews, client portal, and related communications. Your consent form and any region-specific clinical notice also apply.
Information we collect
- Identity, contact, country, time zone, program, payment status, and appointment information.
- Intake answers, health history, medication and supplement context, goals, symptoms, safety answers, and records you choose to provide.
- Device and app selections, setup status, sharing status, and authorized information such as weight, glucose, food, activity, workouts, steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, energy, and symptoms.
- Clinical interpretations, recommendations, referrals, reports, communications, consent records, and limited operational/security logs.
Stripe processes payment-card details on its own systems. Pr3vention.com does not ask for or store your Guava, Dexcom, wearable, email, or other app password.
How we use information
We use information to assess fit and safety, deliver the program, connect client-authorized data sources, prepare for scheduled reviews, document clinical interpretation, provide education and recommendations within lawful scope, coordinate with a local clinician when needed, support the portal, communicate with you, prevent misuse, meet recordkeeping duties, and improve operations using non-sensitive or appropriately consented information.
The program reviews information retrospectively during scheduled reviews. It is not continuous or emergency monitoring.
Health apps and sharing
Version one uses client-authorized sharing rather than a paid provider dashboard or automatic EMR synchronization. Guava Free is the central client-owned hub. Dexcom users may share through Dexcom Clarity. UnderMyFork is used only when separately assigned and approved. Native wearable apps remain in use.
You choose what to share and for how long. If an exact end date is unavailable, the program may ask you to renew access. At completion you may revoke sharing, extend it for continued care, or keep your information privately in your own accounts. Revocation does not remove information already required in the clinical record.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be handled by authorized clinical and administrative staff and by vendors needed for hosting, secure storage, forms, email, payments, scheduling, health-data sharing, and support. Each provider has its own terms and privacy practices. We disclose only what is needed for the service, lawful clinical coordination, safety, legal duties, or with your direction.
Clinical health information is not sent to a general AI service unless a separately reviewed workflow, eligible account terms, privacy safeguards, and required consent are approved and disclosed. The standard client-owned tracking workflow does not require AI processing.
International processing
Depending on your location and the services you choose, information may be processed in another country. Contractual, technical, access, and vendor controls are used where required, but privacy laws may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.
Retention and security
Pr3vention.com retains the clinical interpretation and reports required for the clinic's lawful record-retention duties. Operational records are retained only as needed for delivery, security, accounting, consent, and dispute management. Your Guava, Dexcom, wearable, or UnderMyFork account remains controlled by you and is subject to that provider's retention rules.
Safeguards include role-limited access, encrypted transport, encryption for sensitive external links at rest, secrets excluded from analytics and logs, secure portal upload, consent records, and access revocation. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, a copy, restriction, objection, deletion where permitted, or information about processing. You may withdraw optional consent and revoke app sharing. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing and may limit services that depend on the information.
Contact and concerns
For privacy questions, requests, or a copy of the applicable retention schedule, email shoaienia@gmail.com. Do not place urgent symptoms or app passwords in ordinary email. For urgent medical or psychiatric concerns, use local emergency or urgent-care services.
Changes
We update the effective date and version when this notice materially changes. A new consent may be requested when a change affects health-data sharing or another consent-based activity.
