Refund summary: You may request a full refund before intake processing starts. After processing starts, refunds remain available for non-delivery, materially defective work, or whenever mandatory local consumer law requires one.
1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply when you buy the $79 Tailored Metabolic Pattern Report or the $395 Metabolic Failure Audit from Pr3vention.com. The seller is Pr3vention.com, at 2938 Mt Seymour Pkwy, North Vancouver, BC V7H 1E9, Canada. Guided programs and other packages require a separate application, written offer, and agreement; these terms do not release direct package checkout.
2. What you are buying
The report and audit are paid educational and data-review services. Their checkout and intake pages describe the included deliverable. They do not promise a particular health or weight outcome and do not, by themselves, create a medical relationship, diagnose, prescribe, change medication, or replace local licensed care. Safety or scope concerns may pause delivery for review.
3. Price, tax, and payment
Prices are shown in USD. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout using the billing information you provide. Stripe processes payment-card information under its own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for accurate purchaser, billing, and delivery details.
4. Intake and when processing starts
Payment is followed by a secure intake. Payment alone, an unsubmitted intake, and automated intake reminders do not start substantive processing. Processing starts when your submitted intake is routed into automated or human preparation, review, organization, analysis, or generation of the purchased deliverable. This normally begins immediately after you submit the intake, and the system records the relevant event time.
Before submitting, you are asked to request immediate processing. Where local law provides a withdrawal period, that request does not remove a mandatory right. Depending on applicable law, you may be responsible for a proportionate amount of work performed before a valid withdrawal, and a withdrawal right may end after full performance only where the law permits and all required consent and acknowledgments were obtained.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- Before processing starts: request cancellation for a full refund.
- After processing starts: a change of mind is not ordinarily refundable, but you may request a remedy for non-delivery or materially defective work.
- Non-delivery: if we cannot provide the purchased deliverable, you may receive a refund for the undelivered service.
- Material defect: if the deliverable does not substantially match its published description, tell us what is wrong. We may first correct or re-perform the work; if that cannot provide the purchased service, you may receive an appropriate refund.
- Mandatory rights: any cancellation, withdrawal, repair, re-performance, price reduction, refund, or other remedy required by the consumer law that applies to you remains available.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network posting times can vary.
6. How to cancel or report a problem
Email shoaienia@gmail.com with the purchaser email, purchased service, purchase date, and a clear statement such as “I cancel my purchase” or a description of the delivery or quality problem. Do not include health details in an ordinary refund email. We may ask for the Stripe receipt or another limited detail needed to locate the payment.
7. Delivery and your responsibilities
You must use an email address you can access, complete the correct intake, provide information you are authorized to share, and avoid uploading passwords or content that infringes another person's rights. Delivery may be delayed while entitlement, safety, identity, or scope is checked. If we cannot lawfully or safely deliver the purchased service, we will offer an appropriate lawful remedy, including a refund for an undelivered service where required.
8. Privacy and permitted use
The Health Data and Privacy Notice explains how information is handled. Your deliverable is for your personal use and may be shared with your own licensed clinician. You may not resell, publish, or use it to train a model or build a competing product without written permission.
9. Responsibility and mandatory law
You remain responsible for urgent care, medical decisions, and advice from appropriately licensed professionals in your location. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a term conflicts with mandatory local law, the mandatory rule applies and the rest of these terms continues as far as legally permitted.

11. Changes
The terms and refund-policy versions shown at purchase apply to that purchase unless a later change gives you greater rights or mandatory law requires otherwise. Material updates receive a new version and effective date.
